Pricing

• If added work is identified, we review it with the customer before proceeding.

Scheduling and Access

• Customers must provide accurate address, access, parking, and entry details before the appointment.
• If the team cannot enter the property at the scheduled time, the visit may need to be delayed or rescheduled.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If plans change, please contact Room By Room as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule efficiently.

Emergency Requests

Urgent cleanup requests are prioritized whenever possible, but arrival times can vary based on workload, traffic, and distance from San Jose.
